Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Alyssa was amazing!!! Best service in quite some time - food was outstanding as well - steak and scallops were on point. Lobster Mac and cheese was incredible. Drinks were crafted to perfection. Can’t recommend enough. Make sure to ask for Alyssa - her recommendations were all spot on.

My first time at Capital Grille was amazing! Janie's service was great! She was considerate and attentive all night. We were celebrating me passing the bar exam and they had a written card and the table decorated. Such a nice touch! I highly recommend this place.

Exceptional! Best restaurant’s in town. Perfect in flavoring the Foods. Excellent customer service and love the ambiance . We’ve been coming here to celebrate our valentines, birthdays and anniversary which give us memorable vibes 🩷

The staff and the establishment are fine. The service personnel were each very pleasant, and professional. We came away with value assessment. The two of us ordered a modest meal. A crab-cake appetizer two entrees a salad each and two desserts to take with us; $290.00 including the tip. A little on the expensive side when compared to other restaurants on the same par for quality of fare and the ambience. Nice, but will not return for this reason. Value for dollar, nothing more.

The Capital Grille is a really neat place to go dine. The servers are very attentive, and the food was really good. It is a very classy place with a lot of fun decor. It was a fun place to celebrate a birthday.

Our server Eric was funny, attentive & fantastic. Food was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend the wagyu burger pairing, when it's available! Espresso martini was on point!

My wife and I had a great time celebrating her birthday. We felt welcomed from our entrance. The food was amazing and my server was amazing. 10/10 I recommend.
