Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrated our 31 anniversary tonight at Capital Grill and what a fabulous experience. Our server Gerardo Gonzalez was the epitome of what a server should be. He was on point. The food is the best in the area. Cannot beat this place.

    To make your review even better, Capitol Grill exceeded expectations! The ribeye was cooked to perfection, and the wine selection was top-notch. Sean’s impeccable service—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable—made the evening truly extraordinary. Can't wait to return!

    Our server, Emma is delightful! She was able to answer all menu questions and is very engaging. We enjoyed a lovely meal. I have food intolerances that make eating out a challenge- but not for Capital Grille. The chef prepared an excellent meal. What a treat! Thank you!
