   Food was great, ambience was perfect. The star of the night was our waiter Victor. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and very personable. Highly recommend him if you’re planning to dine here.

   Our server, Peter Pimental was excellent. He was kind, patient, and with a great sense of humor. He makes me want to return to your location. I hope you value him as a staff member!

   We enjoyed an outstanding Birthday dinner for my wife with perfect Martinis, beyond perfect steaks, and service that was so wonderful that it made our evening truly memorable.

The steak was perfectly cooked, the sides flavorful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the meal.    served shrivelled bits of five oysters,instead of six ordered when I asked for the sixth, a full plump oyster arrived was charged full price for five leftover oysters and a sixth that was omitted from original plate no apology , no discount

   Our food was wonderful as always here. Unfortunately our service went down hill rapidly once a party of seven was seated next to us. Our waiter started off with superior service. Once we received our salad we never saw him again at all until our dessert arrived which we had a bit of a wait for. He was servicing the table of seven quite well though. I do realize the gratuity from a party of seven will likely be larger than from a party of 2. The service should still be equal however. This was my husband’s birthday dinner. A go to restaurant for us quickly became a never again will we be going restaurant. Disappointed in our experience.

   We were celebrating my husband’s birthday at The Capital Grill and everything was amazing. After being seated, Tony our waiter, unexpectedly greeted us with birthday confetti on the table and a birthday card for my husband. Nice touch, Tony! Our son met us there for dinner. The mojito’s didn’t disappoint, and for starters, the calamari was crisp and delicious, with a little kick from the banana peppers. My husband devoured his Veal chop, cooked to perfection. I had the bone-in filet with Cajun shrimp, which was amazing, but had to bring some home, as it was a lot of food. Our son had seared tenderloin with lobster and he cleaned his plate just like his Dad. We went with mashed potatoes and creamed corn with bacon as sides and both were so good. Tony then surprised us with a plate of dessert; a small cheesecake topped with crème brûlée and fruit on the side, and a little chocolate ganache cake with whipped cream, just enough for us to end the meal with. We will definitely be back to The Capital Grill! What an amazing dining experience for a special occasion!
