   Great quality service and food! The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. Sat outside, and was concerned about the street noise, but being below street level, made for a wonderful experience.

   Another great meal at Capital Burger. This is one of our “go to” places when we visit Boston. Highly recommend the pretzel appetizer and the shakes are delicious. The staff is very friendly.

   Good food, nice ambiance and staff was nice. Service was a little slow due to restaurant being full, but I’d recommend going there again!

   The burgers were perfectly cooked and our appetizers were excellent. We had the tuna poke nachos and the wings. My son has a peanut allergy and the waitress was very firm with her advice about cross contamination if he ordered a milkshake which we appreciated. Service was excellent from the hostess to the waitress. We were a half hour late due to traffic and I called to advise and were so polite and held our table which is highly unusual. They couldn’t have been more accommodating for a very busy Saturday afternoon.

    I had a very nice lunch, with reasonable food and good service. However, the overall ambiance of the restaurant is noticeably less refined than it was when it first opened. I stayed for a drink at the bar after lunch and noticed that it was not as nice an experience as it once was. I recognize that things change, but the changes here are not for the better. I hope that management recognizes that the back of the house needs to stay in the back of the house. I got the sense this was lost on the new management.
