   This new restaurant took over the Cafe Europa spot. It is a wonderful new addition to St. Armands Circle. The food is fun upscale delicious Mediterranean. The food is varied with many vegetarian options. We sampled several dips, the chicken and beef sliders, the chicken pasta among others. Each was delicious. The cocktail list is fun and bold. The one list is short but good options. Desserts were delicious. We had the chocolate Sunday, the key lime pie (way above ordinary) and the almond cake. Can’t wait to go back

   We shared the Patatas Bravas (yummy taste, I would've liked them a little crispier) and lobstercargot (OMG, divine!) and split the feta-crusted grouper (cooked perfectly with excellent taste). Also split a Panna Cotta w/ Salted Caramel topping for dessert (silky, creamy and delish!)There were a few too many salt crystals - guess someone had more in their hand than necessary! Plenty of food for 2 people.

   We’ve been regular customers for over 10 years. Our long time server Carlos was the high point of our visit. He did a great job despite the confusing brunch menu and the poor quality food served. Greasy potatoes, burnt bacon and a mushy overripe fruit cup. The new owners have managed to turn the best European restaurant in the region with a marvelous menu, great crusty bread and French wine selection into a nondescript hodge podge without character or identity. Congrats.

   Consistently good food and service. Generous small plates and larger plates to share make sampling a variety of menu options easy.

   The food was really great and enjoyed the environment. However, service was less than desirable when we first sat there somebody did bring us water and the waiter showed up, not long after and asked us if we were ready to order and we said we needed a few more minutes, but we did not see him again for another 20 minutes. After we ordered it took another 10 minutes before we got any of our drinks and we waited over 40 minutes before any of our food was even served to our table. We were almost finished eating by the time the waiter came back to ask us if our food was good or if we needed anything else and because we had waited so long for our meal there was no way we were going to order dessert there because we did not want to have to experience a long wait time again. We would’ve understood if the restaurant was shortstaffed or there was back up in the kitchen and if the waiter had communicated any of that to us, but it’s such a shame that the service did not equate to the food.

   We had a quick brunch at The Cafe on St Armands. The mushroom omelet and quiche lorraine were excellent. Service was very good. We had a pleasant view outside of the comings and goings on St Armands. Probably too little time to really assess the restaurant fairly. We'd definitely go back for a full lunch or dinner.

   Really looked forward to going since I had been to Cafe L’Europe a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Disappointed with the service. It was not busy at all where we were and yet had to ask for water a few times. Onion soup,was hard to eat since it came in an onion which had to be cut through. My wedge salad had a vinagrette dressing with very little blue cheese. Lobstercargots were tasty, but I don’t like cheese in my seafood especially shellfish. My salmon was good but pesto a bit too salty or vinagry. For the price not a good value and a far cry of the lovely food and service the old Cafe had. Won’t be back

    The restaurant menu is designed to share tapas, salads and entrees. Food was excellent and the waiter allowed us plenty of time to enjoy our meal, wine and conversation.
