   I booked this on OpenTable in February or March, and invited close friends. When I got to The Cadogan Arms, they did not have my reservation. I found out subsequently that they do not use OpenTable anymore. Because I did not have a reservation in their system (via OpenTable) for lunch – even though I made it (and OpenTable has the record) – there was no table available. The hostess wasn't particularly nice or helpful. She tried to sit us in the basement on a bright sunny day; no one else was down there (not surprisingly). We decided to stay but ate in the bar area. The food was not particularly good, at least for my wife and my guests. I enjoyed the fish & chips. The ambience post-refurbishment is lovely. However, the overall experience was so poor that we will not go back.

   Best pub in london. The staff are always great, nice selection of drinks and food is 10/10.

   Expensive! Food was overpriced, over fried, burnt and tasteless. Do not go there to eat!! Drinks pretty pricey, I feel like it was even more expensive than hotels drink lists.

   Elegant pub but the food lets it down. It is also quite expensive for what you get. My friends had burgers and they were nice. I had fish and chips and it was so greasy there was oil dripping. The dessert menu is minimal and £13 for trifle is just too much. If I come back, I’ll have the burger.

   The food was not as good as the last time, expensive for what it was. Perhaps we ordered badly, but I had high hopes after our initial meal. Also, they had no record of the Open Table booking. Just saying...
