   We had a wonderful experience at The Broadway. I had seen their Instagram page and events and decided to book for my friends 40th. The food and cocktails tasted as good as it looked. We had an area at the back to ourselves for a couple hours before the dj turned up and we danced all night it was a great night out. We will be back! Thank you

   I had booked a table for 5 and when I arrived there were no tables available as the venue had been booked for a private party. We were shoved into a tiny corner. There was no food service and the cocktails were really badly made and presented and massively over priced. This place is rubbish.

   It was my friend birthday and I asked when I booked if they can arrange something and I would paid but nothing from them. Also ordered from the menu and when my food came which we waited over an hour for they replaced some items but didn’t have the decency to let us know. I asked it and they say it shouldn’t be on the menu or they didn’t have it, not the nice did they staff come and tell us. If they told us it was out of stock it would of been fine but they didn’t. Also came and randomly wiped our table. I felt like the food was over priced for what it was and also didn’t things on the menu was for different day but it doesn’t state that and had to order for them to say we cannot have that because it’s only on Thursday.

   My experience at this restaurant was amazing! Our waitress Cassie was so nice and welcoming, the food and drinks tasted great! 10/10 :)

   The restaurant stated that they did not have our open table booking, despite showing them my confirmation email which we had booked for 8pm. They did not seat us until 9.20pm. Instead of apologising and offering us another booking on another date, They then attempted to rush us out of the restaurant and charge us the full price for a barely half eaten meal. When I asked for a discount off the bill because it wasn’t our fault, they refused and gave us a shot of vodka each. Which we didn’t not accept. The bouncer who was initially very nice and accommodating then proceeded to threaten to forcibly remove me in front of my girlfriend and continued to learn over me and my food without a face covering which is completely unacceptable given the social distancing rules and regulations in place. The manager was very rude and made negotiating a price for the small portion of food that we ate very difficult. We eventually were forced into taking a £20 discount on a very expensive meal that we could not finish or eat at home because they were both leaning over me and my girlfriends food during this confrontation. It was very poor service and management. They should of informed us that it was too late to take our orders and instead offered another booking. Instead they took advantage and took our orders. It was a money oriented decision that did not reflect well on the restaurant. If the bouncer had touched me or ‘forcibly removed me’ I would have contacted the police. Instead I was forced to take a small discount in order not to cause a embarrassing scene in front my girlfriend. Awful service.
