All table reservations and times were out on the tables and ready to go. Had a wonderful time with family and kids. Food was delicious and the brews the best!! All around a perfect sat lunch for the entire family. The service staff was amazing and so attentive. They truly deserved our tips.

I requested a table in front of the band a few weeks ago and instead of putting me in front, with my group, they stuck me inside several tables away. A friend called to make reservations that day, and got the table I requested. I did speak with the nice manager about this situation. I also let him know, that I tried again online for another date and requested to be in front of the band with my group. I hope this time I get what I requested. I will call a few advance to ensure they have my request. Other than that, the band was fabulous.

Brews Hall has always been a fun place to go as a group. Our last experience wasn’t so good. We had reserved a table during Happy Hour. The Happy Hour drink selection was minimal, and regular cocktails were pricey. Very disappointed we had no table service! Had to wait at the bar for all food and drink orders. My order was wrong. Overall, too much money for too little service.

Customer service was excellent. All around, superior service. The drinks were good, food was fresh and cooked to perfection. We had a large group, everyone enjoyed themselves.
