   Very nice. Unfortunately all of us have been on the toilet all day. Something in the food? oh well It was fun.

   We've gone to the CIA restaurants before, including Bocuse. As always, the food is excellent, the student servers are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the place itself is always enjoyable to see and be a part of. This time, though it didn't take away from our enjoyment, the noise level was louder than usual, and there was a mistake somewhere in the process of taking our orders and serving the meal. Each time the three parts of our meals were served, they were served to the wrong person. That's never happened before and I'm sure it won't happen again. We still give the highest recommendation to Bocuse and CIA!

   This is my second experience eating at CIA and it was absolutely wonderful. Entering the campus was beautiful and well kept. Our waiter Conner was a pleasant joy, very professional and attentive. Their attire was clean as well as their personal appearance. The food choices were excellent, well prepared, tasty, and just the right portions, very delicious and satisfying. I loved everything about the restaurant & staff and will certainly come again to visit the other venues available on the campus.

   Beautiful location & great, food/service as usual. I would recommend that they pay greater attention to the wine cellar... our bottle of white was served on the WARM side :-0 it took 1/2 hour in a slushy ice water, wine bucket for it to be drinkable.

   Such a nice lunch. The servers are all very attentive and earnest as they are learning. The food was delicious and a great value for the price. Definitely a must for a special occasion.

   Coquilles Saint-Jacques outstanding. La soupe aux truffes noires excellent. Filet de Dover sole almondine very disappointing. Fish was dry, overcooked and tough. As delicate, juicy and flaky that the scallop was, this dover sole should have been. Vacherin fruit a noyau outstanding. Poire belle helene disappointing. Pears not tender and chocolate wafers overwhelming. Chocolate NOT needed. (This coming from chocolate lover). Lovely restaurant. Love that students are learning the ropes.

    Fixed price menu. Excellent tuna and sole. Appetizers were good. Students learning their trade is good to see
