Absolutely great service & delicious food. The corn chowder was sweet, Caesar salad was fresh & the lobster shrimp & scallop pasta was out of this world delicious!! Dessert…. The best! Thank you!

Horrible experience. Our reservation was not honored and we were sat almost 30 min after it. Our server was not good. We ordered a Taco Salad with no meat (vegan guest) and two people in the group said to the waiter - “no protein on the salad right” and he responded yes. Well the salad came with chicken. Worse yet, only 3 of 5 meals were delivered together. I had to go inside after 10 minutes to ask for our waiter. He came over and took the salad back and said he would check on the rest of the food. Another 10 minutes passed while two folks had food waiting for the rest of our meals. When the check came the waiter charged us for both a salad and a salad with protein on it. When we asked him to take the extra meal off the bill he said “are you sure? It might cost more if I take it off”. I said yuu charged us for 6 meals with only 5 people and the other 5 are correct how can this cost us more? He seemed puzzled and left. Came back with the correct bill (less than the original). We won’t be back soon. Terrible experience.

The overall experience was very lackluster. The setting was beautiful, but the service and food were lackluster. Would not come back.

Our experience at the Boat House on Naples Bay was wonderful as we were seated outside on the deck with a beautiful breeze and view of the boats on the bay. Your staff members were so friendly and experienced serving our every need. The menu was full of delectable choices satisfying our appetite including satisfying desserts. The Boathouse has been a favorite for many years and continues again after returning to the area after Ian.

Great location, Management needs to give servers and buss staff a training class , Silverware, napkins , condiments, and follow up after food is dropped on table. A few simple things. We will be back but come on. Fix the problem.

Delicious food and gluten free options shown on the menu. Service was very good and table was ready for us when we arrived. Valet parking attendants were also very good.

Wait was too long. Wait staff had too many tables. Wait staff failed to bring some items.

Sat outside by the water. Enjoyed the boats coming and going. Food was delicious. Service was outstanding. Wonderful afternoon.
