   Staff were so amazing, lovely and helpful! The whole atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. Food was 10/10 (fish and chips&bacon cheese burger). Will definitely be back cannot fault anything! Thanks again

   Was disappointed to have booked to stay here for Easter weekend, based on the plan of enjoying an Easter Sunday roast dinner. We called ahead a month before when we booked our stay to ensure this would be possible and selected the option for Sunday Roast when booking online, as advised. We go for a family roast dinner wherever we stay on Easter weekend every year and this is a tradition for us. When we arrived and were seated we were informed they had ‘ran out’ of Sunday roasts. I wouldn’t have been as upset if we hadn’t organised this so far in advance. If you are asking people to select Sunday Roast option on your website then surely there should be enough to provide for the people who have booked this. Had we known this we would likely have looked for somewhere else to eat. The food we had was lovely but the experience we had booked was spoiled.

   Visit was satisfactory although we were disappointed that the afternoon tea content was not quite as we expected from the advertised offer. Friends visited six days later and their serving matched what was advertised and was more than what we received ie extra rolls with a greater choice of fillings,extra scones and a crannachan each which was specified in the promotion but not made available to ourselves ….. despite other customers ordering it as a desert with their lunches !! Food served was very nice but it did not match what we expected to receive from the advertised offer.

   Slightly disappointed as we had look at the online menu and decided that it was a good choice and had a few options that we were going to choose. Got there (15th Feb) and found only a limited Valentines menu was available and the options from the main menu that we would have chosen were not available.

   Went to the boathouse for date night last night with my husband and the staff was friendly and helpful and the service was fast and they had a great variety of cocktails on the menu and the overall ambience was lovely

   Although they had a big party table & had apologised multiple times in advanced for any wait times we really didnt have to wait long and the noise level was kept to a minimum. Amazing food and service. Would definitely recommend- beautiful restaurant

   Great Evening, Stunning location. Great food and fantastic service. Highly recommended. We look forward to returning again soon. Special thanks to Melissa who provided first class service to our table of 11. A credit to the Boathouse Kitchen and Bar.

   The venue was lovely, menu had enough choice, portions were pretty reasonable as was the quality, however over £80 for 2 for 3 courses 1 sparling water and half a beer was pretty steep

    Had a lovely experience at the boat house. A group of girls celebrating our friends getting married stayed in loch Tay house and visited the restaurant for dinner one night. The staff were very accommodating, polite and we had a great laugh with them. The food was beautiful and everyone enjoyed their meal.
