   We eat regularly at The Boar”s Head and have never had a bad meal or poor service. This Sunday was no different. We took my mum there for her birthday and she loved it. Great food, friendly and efficient service and nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to others .

   We visited on a Sunday so was very busy. We had 2 roasts, 2 burgers and 2 kids meals. Portions were generous and extremely good quality. Desserts were delicious. Will definitely visit again. Recommended to book as very popular.

   Perfect Sunday Lunch with ALL constituents ( lamb, yorkshire pud, vegetables and a full gravy boat) really well cooked and hot! All served by helpful staff in a relaxed pub atmosphere. Perfect on all counts!

   The food (Sunday Roast) is fantastic - really really excellent quality, but what really makes this place is the ambiance and the staff who are so welcoming and friendly. Its an especially child friendly environment. We've eaten here a few times for that reason and its now our go to Sunday Roast venue.

   Gorgeous, tasty, large Sunday Roast 4 choices of meat and veggie roast with promised endless gravy and roast potatoes...friendly helpful staff in a lively dining area...couldn't fault it. Happy Anniversary Sunday Lunch for my parents x

   Food is incredible, staff are Wonderful, my uncle is visiting from east Asia and really loved it, especially a brilliant Irish coffee. Thank you to all the staff

    Superb service. Menu options including choice of smaller plates for 2 or 3 lunch is a great idea and good value. Definitely recommend.
