   My food was not great for price. My food came out cold. I had to send it backThe service was pretty non existent. The hostess took care of us more than our server. It was freezing in there. We had to keep our jackets on. It’s a beautiful place but dining experience was not good. Disappointed.

   I really expected a much better meal here. Service was slow. Food was marginal especially for the price point. My fish tacos were cold. Will not dine here again.

   A lovely location on tranquil grounds however they had plumbing problems the day we dined there for lunch. The bathroom was closed even to employees - we had to take a long walk in the rain/snow downstairs across gravel to another building, the Spa. I was frozen when I got back. The only had coffee or tea to warm me up - no cappuccino or other choices - even the airport has more choices. They were out of my first choice for lunch as well so I settled for a burger, asking for medium but it came out so bloody and raw it couldn't even be legal to serve. Since I had a plane to catch at nearby airport, I gave it to my driver to take home and cook later. The fries were medium cut so just average and not very hot. The manager came over to apologize for the slow service, explaining they were down some servers that day (Sat.) but he also revealed the kitchen was now have plumbing problems. I was glad I didn't eat the burger then. They should have closed the restaurant for legal reasons. We will never go back.

   Wonderful, but I wish you would enforce the quiet voices in the soaking pools . Gavin’s loud conversations around you is not the relaxing environment you advertise.

   The best part of dinner was the whipped feta and pita bread. Which I took to go so that we could munch on it, since the actual meals left a lot to be desired.

   Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Once finally seated, nearby tables informed us they were still waiting for their food ordered an hour earlier. The menu is quite limited and nothing special, and it was apparent the restaurant does not have adequate staff. So we left without ordering anything.

   We love this place accompanied by h Soaks and ambiance as well as layout is superb. Dinner was nicely priced and a great variety for any diner

   Started with poblano fries—amazing! New vegetarian menu item “Roots and Shoots” with roasted veggies, sautéed kale, and light Thai curry sauce (served on the side), with quinoa was outstanding. Added tofu for extra protein. Hearty portion and very flavorful.

    Delicious bowl of green chile stew was perfect after soaking. Staff were polite and attentive. Ambiance relaxing with a lovely view of the springs.
