Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel.     Service and engagement with Nikki is wonderful and we always enjoy a leisurely dinner of fine cocktails and delicious meals! Need to save room for dessert! Thank you for being open during off season!

    Amazing food and always great service. The Huckleberry cheesecake is the best dessert in town! Don’t skip it (it’s seasonal but our hope is that it stays on the menu permanently).

    It is a lovely space. Sort of hotel vibes but warmer. Waiters were attentive and the food was yummy! Our only issue was volume. It was so loud it was hard to hear across the table. Could be a one off on a busy night.

    During the 2-for-1 (plus $2) sale weeks, the word "energetic" for the noise level is incorrect. The words should be "VERY noisy". So you should expect this - the restaurant was totally full. If you have a hearing problem, you cannot hear the person across the table from you. The only suggestion I can make is to turn off the background music. No one can hear it and it only exacerbates the noise level with the bass lines thumping away. Other than the noise, everything was excellent. We kinda got the feeling that we were being rushed by the servers, but that was understandable as there was a waiting line for tables.

    We forgot it was a free concert on the square tonite. So the restaurant was more crowded with young noisy people. My salad was tasty, the calmari was especially good. Our server was attentive. We were disappointed that there was no venison. Can we blame it on the tariffs?
