THE BANK bistro&bar has given new life to a building built in 1852 and turned our old town’s original bank into a unique dining and bar experience. This beautiful building has provided us a relaxingly elegant atmosphere where there’s always jazz in the air and you can unwind with a cleverly handcrafted cocktail by a mixologist with 15+ years of experience or a delicious glass of vino from a list of 30 wines comprehensively selected from all over the world to complement our entrées precisely.

Every drink and plate is crafted from scratch with fresh, high quality ingredients. Our entrées are Southern inspired with French, Asian, and Mediterranean influences offering classic flavors with tasty twists to please any palate. Located on Main Street in the heart of Historic Washington’s Harbor District, we are surrounded by all the shopping and art that our lovely downtown has to offer as well as being a block away from beautiful Stewart Parkway and the Pamlico River sunsets.
