The Baker’s Table offers a true farm-to-table experience, with a unique and dynamic menu that features local produce, artisan sourdough, and handmade pasta. Guests can choose between a Five Course Chef's Tasting Menu or a la carte dining, with an optional wine pairing or spirit-free cocktail pairing available to complement the meal.

In 2019 the restaurant was named one of the Best New Restaurants in America by both EATER.com and USAToday.com. With extensive free parking available, and only a 6 minute drive from downtown, Baker's Table is an oasis of urban dining in historic Newport, Kentucky.

    Enjoy an unforgettable dining experience for you and your group at our semi-private Baker's Table - our namesake at the back of the restaurant. The 30 year old high-top wooden table was hand-crafted by a local baker and is our namesake - as well as where we make all of our pasta. This 3 hour dining experience includes our full Chef's Tasting menu for each of your guests, with easy modifications available for all dietary restrictions and allergies. The table is available for parties of 7-12 guests. Price includes tax and gratuity. Wine, cocktails, and spirit-free options are available for an additional cost.

    We attended a lamb prefix menu offered for Easter and it was perfect in every way. We look forward to going back soon and often.

    One of the finest meals I've had in the city and as an added bonus everything is locally sourced. I've had a few meals at Baker's Table but last night really felt like they had hit their stride.

    We enjoyed the lamb chef’s dinner menu with wine pairings. This was our second time enjoying one if these dinners. The pacing of the dishes coming out is so patient. We enjoy lingering from one course to the next. The food is creative and innovative. The wine pairings are on point and well researched. I recommend 10 out of 10!

    Freaking amazing. When food is prepared this well, it deserves to be brought out in stages and savored. Unfortunately, we hammered each course down like it was our last meal, each one better than the last. We also chose the spirit-free drinks in a flight. Well crafted drinks that were thoughtfully prepared to pair with each course. Amaze-balls. Just try it, you will find at least one or two drinks that you’ll love. These guys take using local, seasonal foods seriously. If you write a despairing review of this place, I may have to throat punch you.

    The Bakers Table, in my opinion, is a standard of what dining SHOULD be in America. Real food made through partnerships with local farmers. We came for the Heritage Lamb 5 course meal and added the spirit free pairing and definitely plan to come back for future experiences and dinners! It was a fantastic evening with food that tasted amazing and an atmosphere that was light and inviting. Highly recommend!

    We chose to spend our 30th Anniversary dining here. Everything was delicious and detailed. The experience of the chef’s tasting, ambiance and the service made for an amazing evening. Carlie, Rachel, Ryan and the owner/chef Dave were all wonderful.
