For starters the restaurant was NOT busy at all. 2 tables were occupied. We sat for 12 minutes waiting for a menu while others sat by the same employee that sat us were seated with menus. The menu was minimal and the food was not presented as shown online. I was disappointed because I was so excited to take my husband here just to show up and it be less than mediocre. The food served was sad. 5 of the most shriveled wing dings that look like they came from Walmarts grab and go with 3 slivers of spoiled cucumber plated on a huge plate. Just sad. The side salad was good, nice size and flavor or the cost. Everything else was just disappointing. The staff wasn't very great. The bartender was bored and walking around asking tables if they wanted drinks because it was so slow. Service was bad with only 3 tables occupied I couldn't imagine a busy time. Waste of time and money and dealing with downtown. Never again

The food was alright. The restaurant lost points because we felt like we had limited choices for what sounded *great*, and of the choices we picked, one of them was unavailable and we, as moderately adventurous eaters, ended up with two hamburgers and one of those was... okay (we would not order it again) and the other was a very basic bacon cheeseburger with smoked gouda. It was a lot of "okay" for two burgers and an appetizer of tater tots for $75. AND our drinks were served in plastic cups. They were understaffed, and a lot of folks were doing jobs they did not seem well prepared to be doing - and reporting they were short handed because it was so busy that evening (but most of the tables were empty). They did not know how to validate parking. Our appetizer came out after our burgers. We did not have silverware until after our appetizer appeared. The screens that were playing (great) sci-fi movies as ambiance would finish a movie and be stuck on the Roku screen for several minutes, and only periodically get restarted. The wall murals were beautiful. My date and I had a lovely time, but it had entirely to do with the pleasure of their company.

Water was served in clear Solo plastic cups. No draft beers were available. All but two of the main dinner entree's were unavailable. We all ended up ordering the salmon. It was not good. Where the salmon was stuffed with tasted off. The mashed potatoes had no seasoning, bland. The brocolini however was very good. I do not recommend.

Food was ok, most me u items weren't available due to staffing issue. It was pretty dark and there were a lot of fruit fly's . Waitress was pleasant but very busy.

I'm extremely disappointed. Let me start by saying. The food was absolutely wonderful 👍. ZERO complaints about the food. The service however was absolutely horrible. I made reservations for 5:30p. I will fully admit I ran a little late because it was a busy weekend downtown. I called . The hostess said it was ok. We showed up. I wasn't expecting to wait 10 mins for a table of two in a practically empty restaurant. Then it took 15-20 mins for a server to approach for drinks. Took another 20 mins to get the drinks. My guest and I both asked for sides of ranch. Which we didn't receive until prompting the server. We were finished. We had to flag down our server to get boxes. Which she forgot. Then we had asked for our check. Which we waited another 10 or so minutes. Then she came to the table with another person who didn't introduce herself. The sever asked "did I give you your card back?" I responded that we hadn't even gotten the check. When the other person identified herself as a manager. She said the lapse in service was due to a issue with the wifi. 20 mins to get a server to get drinks isn't due to a WiFi issue. The manager took money off the bill. When I looked to see the charge it was for the full amount. This may not mean much. I don't believe that I will return again. It's a shame considering your sister restaurant Haunted House was a way more well run establishment. Robert Minello

Waited 15 minutes at the bar for service and never saw one person and I walked out. Cool idea but won't stay open long

Way overpriced. Could do a lot more with setting/ambience because it’s a good concept. Some sci-if space themed video games and pinball? Maybe run subtitles on tv since movies are running? Very empty. Can’t imagine it will last long.

Save yourself the trouble, your wallet, the driving distance, parking fee, your overall sprit and avoid this restaurant at all costs. Food is absolutely terrible, if I wanted microwaved springs that didn’t cost $16 and took over an hour and a half to be made I would have stayed home and saved the money. There’s no structure, customer service or hospitality at all at this restaurant. If you like sci fi and sauce, please do yourself a favor, pick out a movie and order take out, your experience with that will top the one you receive when dining at the terrible restaurant

Went on a Sunday, was not informed that they close at 3p…my reservation was for 2:30p. Was not informed that dinner is not an option, only brunch due to their hours. The character was gone for the day…left at 2p. No birthday desert option was available and when I made the reservation, I informed staff of the “special occasion”. Overall, I was not pleased with the service. It was just horrible and rushed. Not sure why I was allowed to have a reservation 30 mins prior to closing. Would I return or recommend?…no.

The theme and design are really cool, so we will definitely be back! Hopefully they will have a more extensive drink and dessert selection.
