The curry margarita was just curry leaves mixed with ice. The cocktails were more like mocktails:(. The food was v average. The biryani tasted like mughlai biryani right down the street from thalaivas. Not impressed

Food was ok at best. There are much better options available now than ever. They were good once, but not anymore.

Thalaiva’s new location is beautiful and nicely appointed. We tried a couple of new items on the menu. We were surprised that it is no longer BYOB though. We managed with the white wine options but do hope BYOB can return as an option, perhaps on a weeknight. We will be back.

Realize this is new location but they acted like they were running their business for the first time. The menu is confusing and listed many of their specialties that were not available. The whole reason we went was to try the Indian cuisine known as Kongunado but several of those items were not available and the menu was just so confusing hard to know what this place is trying to be known for. Would not recommend.

The food is amazing - they just opened their new location so it was a little bumpy (slower than usual service, bar not yet ready to serve anything but beer and wine), they forgot part of our order - which was fine because our group wayyyyyy over ordered. Even though there were a few bumps in the road….this is top notch Indian food and is consistently a great mean.
