   It was a Saturday night so we called to reserve a table, but the waitress who answered the phone told us they didn't take reservations and asked us to do it through OpenTable. So we did, and when we arrived at the reserved time, the waitress said they DID NOT take OpenTable bookings during weekends?! We waited for 20 minutes to get seated ..... The $20+ feast was pretty good though.

   The waiter never came back to sk how was our food an it took like 10 to 15 minutes to get our drink orders

   I specifically requested a table not in the bar. I have two small children who cannot and should not sit in bar stools and when we arrived our table was in the bar. There were plenty of other tables we could have sat at. Also, I couldn’t find my party when we arrived and the hostess told me to call them on my phone. They couldn’t have looked up my name and guided me to the appropriate table? Did it really look so easy for me to get phone from the bottom of my bag while holding one child on my hip and another by the hand. I was extremely disappointed in their service.

   All good with the basic bacon cheeseburger and fries. I substituted the gluten-free bun and was very pleasantly surprised to find it's very tasty. Just wish they had organic ketchup without high fructose corn syrup!!

   Had to ask Hostess for their TV and Email advertisement for the 2 For $20, $24 or $29 Specials. She had them at her stand buried under all the big menu books. Then she gave me 1 for the 4 of us. I had to ask her for another since we were 4 people!!! These should have been in the menu book instead of the old Specials that were for more money.

    The menu varies every now and then. This location always has quick service . They leave you to sit awhile without rushing you. Great service at this establishment.
