   We got sirloins medium rare - the first time, one was a little pink, but certainly not medium rare. Sent those back, got one that was very pink! Except this sirloin had so much fat, I couldn’t even eat a single bite without spitting out a piece, but my friend still got one hat was well done. NO PINK. Finally tried a third time. I got something different because I had enough of that but my friend is on a diet. Steak was the reason we came. Finally again, no pink, but she just ate it anyway because she was tired of this. Then! They have the nerve to tell us the temperature was correct but just didn’t show pink? You know what? I have a janky thermometer at home that I know I can’t use for red meat, because unless the thermometer’s length is fully in something, it registers too low and I overcook my meat every time with that thermometer. I think we have a case of that here, but don’t think we’re idiots and try to tell us we’re wrong about what is medium rare. That’s ridiculous.

   It was an absolutely terrible experience! Had a reservation for 5pm and wasn’t seated until 20 minutes later due to the tables not being cleaned. Once the table was clean we were seated and it was WET. The menus were also gross...but hey my mom wanted to go for her birthday. We wait 10 minutes to place a drink order. It took 10 minutes to get water. It took 20 mins to get a cocktail. Then we finally order our food and it takes 45 minutes for food that was over-cooked and incorrect. I stated I can’t eat pork yet there was bacon on my food. Took another 10 minutes to get new potatoes. We repeatedly had to ask for drink refills. In other news we asked the waitress if they could sing Happy Birthday. We had our tickets and then another guest was received a happy birthday so and the waitress than looked at me like “whoops”. So all in all...I will never return. Go to a different Friday’s and spare yourself the disappointment.

   Dining outdoors in April was a treat. We were greeted and seated right away, and our server was friendly and kept us supplied with all we needed. It was a great setting to get to know a new acquaintance just made at a conference held nearby. Delicious food, pleasant ambiance--though the place across the narrow street was a bit noisy. Otherwise, fantastic!

   Everything about our meal was awesome! Our server Teresa especially made our meal experience outstanding! She was pleasant, polite, sense of humor and very attentive! The food was delicious as well. Next time we are in the area we will be back to this location for sure!

   It was a very great dining experience, it was exactly what we were looking for, staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to make our night extra special, Rick came out introduced himself and told us a little about that location and it made it even better. I recommend this location but I don't want everyone to try it due to it being my new favorite spot and I wanna keep it to myself lol but seriously super great spot I hope y'all try it and see for your self, the scenery was awesome!

   Food took a long time to get to table and the restaurant was crowded and not very clean

   Upon receiving our food my plate was hot but my food was cold (bag of bones) my fries and ribs were cold as well aa my half and half wings. The manager walked around and never acknowledged our table never asked if the food was hot. Our waitress was new second day on the job so our refills were low just a bad experience. The manager was a tall skinny white guy the time was about 430 or 5. My complete order was the cajun pasta added a side salad order of cheesesticks and the bag of bones.

    The meal started out great, with fast service and no wait to be seated. We ordered the new New York strip steak. It was full of fat and grisly meat; definitely not worth the $20. During our meal the workers that were working in the kitchen were extremely loud and kept using curse words. Not the idea setting for our child that was with us. At the end of the meal, we asked for our bill to another employee because the waitress seemed to have vanished. The order was rung up incorrectly, as we had a coupon for an appetizer and she didn’t take it off. Here we are 3 days later and the charges still have not been fixed on my account. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
