    Hostess was telling. Customers there was a 30 minute wait when restaurant was almost empty. After challenging the wait several of the groups waiting including mine were seated. Bartender explained the wait staff was lazy so they regularly turn people away and lie about wait times to avoid serving customers. We should have left at that point but we’re starved and from out of town so we did not any to search for another option. Hard to imagine how this place keeps the doors open.

    Horrible el servicio, lento, con pocas ganas de ser amables. El restaurante medio vacío. La ensalada de col ... la peor de mi vida, las barquitas de patata completamente secas No tiene nada que ver al restaurante en Madrid.

    Our waitress was wonderful! She got our order right and she had a really good personality! I had the ribs and they were really meaty and good! I'm going back to get more ribs!

    Horrible customer service!!!!!! Place is dirty and they are out of everything!! Had to leave before food arrived!! It was THAT BAD! It’s gross!

    TGI Friday refused to recognize the reservation. They said they did not participate in OpenTable and there was an hour and a half wait.

    Understaffed, didn't let us in with the open table reservation. Definitely not prepared for busy hours.
