   My fiancé and I went to this location and were majorly disappointed. The service was awful, the bathrooms were nasty and the managers look like they were on welfare. First off the young lady that greeted us needed a belt as her pants kept sliding down which is very unprofessional. I asked for a normal size booth and she refused to get us a booth or clean the booth. Mind you the restaurant was NOT busy! She then sat us next to a half booth were there was hair in it. Thereafter my fiancé asked for another half booth and I went to the ladies restroom in which it was filthy! Floors were nasty, the counters were a mess, the sinks were backed up and someone spit in the sink. On top of that there were no coat hangers or purse holders in the tight bathroom so I had to play tug of war with my clothes and the tightness of this restroom. Next I go to wash my hands and the water stays cold. WTF its winter time! I come back to the main dining area mind you we were sat by a drafty door so it was cold the entire time we were there. Our waitress came to our table and instead of taking our order she spent 4-5 minutes talking about my nails vs taking our order. Then she grabbed my hand to look further in which I don’t like people touching me so it was a bit uncomfortable but I did not want to cause a scene as she was young, impressionable and pregnant. I just passed it off as immaturity. We then placed our order finally in which my fiancé ordered a wings and rib basket and specifically asked for boneless wings and after waiting over 40 minutes he was brought cold food and bone in wings in which he asked for boneless. The waitress was not listening nor was she attentive our entire visit which was frustrating in itself. We asked for a manager and she came our just as lazy and haphazardly as if she did not want to be bothered. Matter of fact she looked like she had on street clothes and was not of management caliber for Friday’s. We ended up leaving in short.

   The whole experience from the waitresses from management sucked. I hate I can't have any positive take aways but I don't.

   With it being Mother's Day and the restaurant was very busy we were waited on fairly quickly. Our waitress was very pleasant and very attentive. Our food was good and served hot!

   I made a reservation for 6 at 8:15 pm. We arrived on time. Apparently they do not take reservations. There were many unoccupied tables and not too many people waiting. They said it would be 45 minutes to be seated. That was not convenient . We had to find another restaurant that could take us sooner. I have used the app many times previously and have never had a problem. I was disappointed this time.

   Only issue I had was even though your site took my reservation, they don't allow reservations on weekends. Please update your site. I was seated quickly but I can imagine how angry someone would be to make a reservation with open table only to get there and them explain they don't take reservations on weekends and have to wait.

   Found a very long hair in my salad. Manager didn’t even offer any compensation for it only a replacement salad. Waitress needed more training, maybe she had too many tables. Will not be back.

   Food was cold, not worth the value and not very good. Only saving grace was the manager who I had to speak to about the bill. She was very pleasant.

    Celebrating my brother’s birthday with family. When we arrived my reservation wasn’t seen because their system was down but the management made sure our party was seated right away. Service was good and the food was pretty average but my brother enjoyed the evening just the same.
