   The order was not taken correctly, the food was cold and did not taste good, the table was left with all the dishes long after we had finished dinner and we were waiting for dessert which was nothing like the picture and had lost quality. Manager tried to get me to come back by giving me free appetizers next visit but I don’t think I’ll give it another try. Not a good experience.

   It was a nice environment, just a tad cold. The service was prompt and food was good.

   For the most part it was okay, it’s been several years since I’ve been to Friday’s. I noticed that the menus has changed and been updated with new choices which was nice. However, the menus were dirty and we waited about 5 minutes to be seated. We weren’t created by the hostess at all. When she came up to us all she asked was how many was in our party. She actually seemed very frazzled! Anyway, the waitress was very nice but she reeked of cigarettes! Yuck!! Food came out quickly and drinks were good.

   We booked in advance a party of 16. When we got there on time nothing was set up and the restaurant wasn't busy. We had to ask for water and for menus. It was very disorganized and frustrating. The food came on time and correctly and was good.

   The reception host did not accept our reservations on open table. She quoted "we don't take reservations". When I showed the reservation made on open table on my iPhone, she stated, "It's just an app." I asked to speak to the manager and she responded that he is in a meeting right now. She put us on the waiting list and we ended up waiting for our table despite having made reservations. This was disconcerting as the staff does not know what the management is doing.

   Do not use OpenTable to reserve at table at this location. They are not ready nor do they know what OpenTable is.
