   We went for our reservation on 2/14/20 for 630 and we got there and they said that they don’t not get the reservations through here and nobody let us know so we wasted our gas to drive out there and had to find somewhere else to eat on Valentine’s Day which was hard so we had to settle for Steak ‘n Shake.not were I planned on eating our valentines dinner. I had confirmations that we had it booked in all so if it didn’t work then they should not conformations about the tables I would like for something to be done

   Spacious restaurant with comfortable seating. Waiter was very attentive. Food was delicious. We hadn’t been at TGIs for a long time. We will return soon.

   Set up a reservation through this site for 7. When arrived was told that I should have called because this site does not communicate with them. How was I to know as I even got a confirmation from this site.

   Hello- Made the reservation online and arrived on time Friday 6/7/19 for 6:15-with my group of nine. They had no record of our reservation and the greeter said " sometimes we have no way of knowing your reservation". We all looked at each other-because 2 weeks prior I called in and the female said I could make it online. I sad Ok can you go ahead and reserve for 10 and she replied hesitantly "O.K. So this time I made the reservation --received confirmation-- and even saved it and to our avail- the sataff was clueless. we luckily only waited 15-20 minutes and were seated. The rest was all good.    My order was completely wrong. Waiter was nice about it but I had to wait 45 mins after everyone was done eating at my table and my chicken was burnt and nothing was taken off my check.

   Great food ,served hot,fresh and quickly ! Used the "Open Table " service to be seated quickly and it was also outstanding.

   I would recommend using open table at this location. They only use this as a call ahead seating type thing. Not holding a table for you. I arrived 15 mins before my open table reservations and I was told it would be another 50 mins.
