   The wait for the table wasn’t bad at all, despite the fact that the host told us that they don’t get the Open Table reservations. I don’t understand that. They also didn’t have the wine that I ordered, which seems to be the new normal. The Princeton location always seems to have it. We keep trying to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, because it USED to be our go-to spot. Now we seem to be going to other places more often to avoid the disappointment.

   To Open Table: Friday’s indicates that they do not acknowledge reservations through Open Table and they they have communicated that to this service. Please do a service to your users and remove them from your app.

   Last minute decision to eat out, used open table to secure a reservation. Walked right in and was seated right away even though 20 people waiting for tables. Food was good, good value and service was above average.

   Food was very good. There was only one problem... my mashed potatoes were cold. By the time I could get our servers attention I was about 1/2 done with my meal. She did bring out hot potatoes but it wasn't the same as having them with my whole meal.

   Food was improperly prepared twice!! Took 3 times to get it right! Therefore, the two of us ate separately.

    Table was ready with no wait when we arrived, and not only did they have Mother’s Day flowers available for guests (I took my Mom for Mother’s Day) but they gave her one before we could even ask about them. Food and service were great. We had a minor concern with our order and without prompting the manager immediately appeared and made it right. We visit often and will keep coming back. Thanks for helping make Mother’s Day special!
