   We were never served. We sat for 15 mins. Nobody’s vet came to the table. We left and went to another restaurant

   Three at hostess stand did not know how to use open table. Food was wrong or delayed. Drinks did not arrive timely. Manager never came to speak to us. It was a horrible visit.

   Service was bad, I use to wait tables for years before becoming a manager. Long ticket times and lack of server communicating that to us in addition to not writing down the order and food coming out wrong

   The service was horrible I made reservations and got there in time and still had to to wait a half hour to be seated. Once we ordered we got somebody else’s tables food then we had to wait even longer for our actual order. The waitress was very forgetful we had to ask for things 2 and 3 times and by the time we got our food it was cold . I really like fridays food but idk if I’d go back to that location everything about that day from not even being seating on time was bad food cold service poor. They need some changes or more training that was bad

   I have been coming to this Fridays for over 12 years. I always receive the best service and food. Love this place!!!

   I keep trying to give this location chances but every time I come there is a problem with my food and the service is terrible. However this time the service was ok, but the food was still terrible. Sorry, no more chances, I will not return.

    Tony was our server and he was excellent. Our food turned out perfect. Go TGI! The general manager Rob was awesome as well.
