   Food and service was OK here. Hostess up front needs to pay more attention to what you say to them instead of talking to other employees.

   Everything was as you'd expect at a Friday's. But when we arrived after making a reservation on OpenTable, they inform us that they don't see those requests at the restaurant. Yes, you can make them, but, no, the reservations don't make it to the restaurant. And the two hostesses up front were very non-apologetic about. So we show up with a party of 7 and they offer us a large booth. That was all they had. Then the two hostesses proceeded to debate among themselves whether that booth could seat 8 or 6. They had that debate for a minute or so before I asked to see the table to see if we could fit. Very unprofessional. Then the service was just adequate. They gave my daughter cocktail sauce instead of marinara with her pasta. They forgot my mom's salad and then gave her the wrong dressing. Just not an enjoyable experience.

   They told us they don't actually have open table. They said it will let you reserve online but they don't see it. Luckily we were still able to be seated. Food was not good.

   The waitress was great—super helpful to everything we needed and very attentive to our kids! Would definitely go back there.

   They ran out of salads, ran out of clean cutlery and almost had to use plastic utensils. Server Jose’ was great though.

    The ribs were ok... no sauce on the ribs. The wings were good and the sauce on those were great. Very few people in the restaurant..but gradually filled up. The service from the waiter was on point. The waiter was not unknowable of Open Table which would lead me to think my points will be a problem to get....as always.
