   My boyfriend and I stopped by here before checking out a movie. We had a great meal! Our server was awesome and helped us decide on a few things on the menu. The blue Long Island iced tea and sizzling chicken and shrimp were awesome!

   Service took extended amount of time, forgot our order, wrong food brought out. Didn’t have a way to check us in from our opentable reservation. Restrooms were dirty, lady’s room had no toilet paper. Bad experience overall.

   After sitting down I didn’t get a waitress to even take our drink order till 13 mins after sitting there the food was great then we was actually kinda in hurry to get to our movie the we had to wait yet agian for our waitress after asking for a to go cup and box she brought me my drink but not a check nor the box somhere me and my boy friend still sitting here waiting for our check and box if I was a bad person I would have just left it was ridiculous of how much of a wait we had to just for the check smh I will not be coming back to this location that’s for sure

   They do not do table reservations. The restaurant stated we don't take reservations on weekends. Friday is included in weekend days.

   The food and waitress was great! But, somehow we did not get to enjoy our unlimited appetizers. Supposedly, our wings were delivered to the wrong table! We were only served one serving of appetizers, and ended up getting just one serving of wings to take home. So, unlimited appetizers wasn’t really unlimited at all.

   We came here late night on our last day in Jacksonville after leaving a house party. We knew they were open til 2am so reserved a last min spot. The server said they use ipen table for booking but do not have a tablet to check guest in. Tjis is the second Friday's we have attend that said the exact samething which is a problem that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. The food was great, had a bucket of bones and my husband has a rack of ribs with fries and slaw. Our server was super, happy and plesent. We ordered a whiskey cake to split and it was amazing.

   I made a reservation online for Friday and was unable to be seated because they said that there is no reservations on Fridays the wait time was 20 minutes for everybody that walked up which meant at least 2 hours or stay there and try to wait for a table but it just was too long of a wait

   After driving 45 minutes to get there, the host said they are not honoring any reservations because the cooks are behind. It was my birthday and I could of went anywhere to eat. There were many people sitting with no food on the tables. I was so upset on my birthday. They should have closed out the reservations so people couldn’t make one.
