   This was the worst experience I’ve even had at a restaurant. Server told us if we want anything from the bar, must go get ourselves; brought out food that was very cold had to ask other servers to find ours for water refills...he would take our entire cup & straw out of sight for lengthy amount of time before returning. I swapped mashed potatoes for onion rings...there were literally only 4 on the plate. We were sat in an extremely small booth along the walkway to the kitchen...20” wife table so had to sit with outside leg in aisle & was in the way of servers entire time we were there. We will never be back & will pass along our experience to all we know.

   I don't recall the waiters name, but he was outstanding. The food was typical TGI Fridays, but the waiter was on another level.

   TGI Fridays said they do not participate in OpenTable reservations, so they did not have a table reserved for us upon arrival. This was not a good experience for a Friday, on February 14 (Valentines Day), when all restaurants were full. Fortunately, they made room for us without too much of a wait. The rest of our experience was good.

   The food was terrible. It was over cooked and my ribs was nothing but bone.

   When we arrived at the restaurant, I told them we had reservations through open table. They asked for confirmation. Then they said they could get us in as soon as possible. After waiting awhile, we learned that they did not have a way to know if reservations were made through open table. Basically, we did not have a reservation! We were almost late for a show that night.

   Very nice time for our group! Food was great (thanks for having Beyond Meat!), something for everyone & well prepared!!

   Server was rude. Asked to not be placed at a specific table type and still got sat there anyways. Took forever to get refills.

   I had the worse experience using open table for this restaurant. I reserved a table for 6:30 and we still had to wait an a hour. They told me that they don’t use open table so they need to be taken off this app!
