   Arrived on time and Scott told us “we don’t do open table”. I showed him my reservation for 9 people at 7:00 and he said he would honor it. However, by 7:30 we were still waiting to be seated. He came to us and said it would be a whole longer so we decided to sit at the bar tables. Food came out cold THREE times! My veggie burger was literally frozen in the middle. Waiters were annoyed with us for sending food back to be warmed. One waitress practically threw a dish at my sister. HOWEVER, the bartender was great and accommodating. She never showed frustration or annoyance with us at all. We will never go back there!

   Excellent service. Delicious food. Ribs with whiskey sauce was tasty.

   Good friendly service and tasty food. Enjoyed the all you can eat shrimp with the whiskey glaze entree. The manager also checked on my table twice. Very nice atmosphere and upbeat pub decor. Plenty of parking with easy access. I will return.

   The night started out good until they forgot one of our meals. They didn't realize they forgot until about 20 minutes later and took another 25 minutes after to get that meal. We asked for boxes and the check and had a waited over 25 Minutes, after asking three times. The waitress and manager forgot all about us and we would have waiting even longer if we didn't come up and ask again and again. I get it it's a Saturday night and busy but to spend over 2 hours at a restaurant with a baby after they forgot your meal I think they would try to hurry things up but they Forgot all about us and just kept saying O I'm Sorry. Never going back there. Food was good But the manager in waitress clearly couldn't handle the situation or properly communicate whatsoever. After saying sorry 3 times you think they would of sorted the situation out for us but they did not and we had To keep asking different people to please get our check And pay for such a service.

   OpenTable was not honored but we sat relatively quickly the only thing was service and food was horrible hour and 15 minutes before food arrived where one meal was piping hot and the rest of the dishes were ice cold plates were hot though service what's the worst I've ever seen

   They put cheese on a burger when we asked for no cheese...then the “new” burger looked like the same burger with little pieces of cheese on it even though I said it was due to an allergy. The waiter was so annoying and kept sitting with us to talk. I don’t go out to eat to socialize with the waiters!

    I was disappointed in this trip to TGIFridays. It was a long time before our drinks arrived and also too long a wait for the entrees. However, the brussel sprouts were delicious.
