   Medium rare steak came out very well done. It’s Friday’s I expected them to over cook it but not that much. One up side was the waitress was awesome.

   2+2+2 deal was so not worth it ..they offered 2+2+2 for $20 , 2+2+2 for $25 also 2+2+2 for $30 ...we ended up having the 2+2+2 for $30 because of the limited choices they had for the others their desert was the worse one choose despite what meal you choosed it was a drop of chocolate moose or something like that yes just a drop.

   if you go to this resturant don' go on a holiday they are under staff and turn customers away at the door. the customers don't under stand when they walk in and see a half empty waiting and the hostess who young and inexreranced talking to herself its not a good time. I went to pick up a called in order which was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes and almost hour later i got my order which was the worest eveer, i had the whiskey glazed ribs which the meat should fallen off the bone but they were dryed out with little to no meat on them and had no sides my had the french dip which was cold and very hard to chew and ask for NO horserradish sause guess what it did have and no sides we had asked two side ceaser salads what we got where 2 tablespoons of salad each than asked for manager and he gave us 2 larger salads. i will never ever return to this resturant again

   The restaurant seemed to be under staffed. Plenty of empty tables but it still took an hour to get our food(except the kids meals).

   We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. The hostess had NO idea about opentable reservations. I showed her my confirmation email. Blank response. She rook my name, asked what time the reso was for and said that we’d be seated as soon as possible. We waited 30 minutes then left. In the meantime, we watched as other potential diners left too. There was zero management presence. When a customer asked for a manager because they had been waiting 45 minutes after being told 10 minutes, first they were told no manager available then that they were busy and would talk to them later. What was clearly noticable is that this restaurant is more geared towards their takeout and grubhub business. It was so chaotic at the point of entry, that we realized even if we got seated, we’d end up being frustrated on waiting food. The hostess just hasn’t been properly trained to handle guests and particularly in a crowd situation. Her excuse was the kitchen was backed up. She should have been advised to make periodic updates to those waiting instead of blending into the background. But I fault management for not coming to the front area and advising guests that their patience was appreciated. So, no I can’t recommend this location.

   We always ask for Julianna to be our waitress. She is so bubbly and gets the order right.

    The restaurant was not clean. The bathrooms were disgusting. The waitress brought the wrong order. When she came with the correct order it was too well done and was cold instead of hot. My wife did not eat it. The manager who looked to be about 18 comped the food We had to go to a fast food restaurant to get a burger. We will never go to FRIDAYS again.
