   I always been a fan of Friday’s, and I wanted my friends to give it a try. This was our third time going there and they love it. I love the friendly staff and they dessert are the best especially that Brownie obsession. I think my friends are agree with me, sense everything she have a reason to celebrate with always go to Friday’s.

   The kitchen was busy so it took a while to get our food. It was good but i have definitely had better food here before.

   It is a normal chain restaurant and not like open tables premier dining establishments. It’s cheap and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The server was semi competent and the food was edible.

   As soon as we walked in (reserved table for 10), we were greeted with the announcement that one of the cooks "up and left," causing an approximately 45-minute delay in food preparation. The "host" seemed unaware of how to handle these types of situations. Certainly, saying that the cook "up and left" really isn't the professional way to do this. The manager should have been the one to tell the guests this. Also, they should have offered some type of consideration (10% off of meal, free drinks, something) for the imposition on the customers. He/she should also have come to the tables apologizing to his/her customers for the inconvenience. He/she did not make an appearance at all the whole 2 hours that we were there. He/she may have been subbing for the errant 2nd cook, but popping into the dining room at least once every 1/2 hour would have been best. This being said, the server was very good, but it seemed as though the whole staff was totally confused. All-in-all, the meal was good, even though one of our party had to wait an extra 15 minutes after everyone else for her meal to be served. P.S. I let the host know upon entering the restaurant that we were celebrating 2 birthdays and would like a surprise cake, etc at the end of the meal. It never came.
