   Very dirty The floors were full of crap. The food was good. Wish they still had the Bruschetta Chicken.

   Restaurant not busy at all but we were told by the waitress not to order endless apps because they are not a priority to the kitchen and we wouldn’t get them quickly. That is the reason we went. We ordered differentials because she said that. The food took and hour to come out. Fries were cold and half done. Not impressed at all.

   Horrible service, grill caught fire so half of the menu was unavailable! Poor customer service, manager had an attitude. Would never recommend.

   My wife and I are regulars at this TGIF and normally I would give them a great review. However on this particular occasion TGIF was quite disappointing, it took way too long and when the burgers came they were cold and just not up to par. The manager did offer apologies and made it up through some future discounts, but I think they need to step up and improve their game overall. This just shouldn’t happen and perhaps Saturday nights are a challenge.

   Not sure why this place is on here for online reservations. They don't accept them on weekends and I highly doubt they are needed during the week

   Our server Jill was fantastic!! The best waitress we've had in years. She was friendly, fun and attentive to us. Very enjoyable night with awesome service and food.

   I think there are too many tables assigned to a server, especially with endless apps, which are very good, but make the dinning experience very slow.
