   Let’s start that the waitress did her best. We came in with only a few people in there eating. It took forever to get food and when we did it was terrible. First time eating at a FRIDAYS in a long time and it will be even longer to eat at another.

   Food was very good, our server Howard was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this TGI Fridays.

   Nice place for post park dinner. They accommodated our large party (10+) and were a swift as they could be with service.

   We had reserved a table through Open Table and the restaurant said they didn’t have it, even though I showed them an email confirmation. Staff were brusque and inattentive. Two of our party had steak but it was tough and partly inedible. Huge disappointment

   They couldn’t accommodate reservation - or any of the people behind me. Not enough servers, not enough cooks. We went across the street to a Cracker Barrel.

   We booked ahead and arrived only to be told that 3 staff had called in sick. This in itself happens and I was fine with it. I was not happy when I got told that we would have to wait 40mins in the lobby or our Car. With 2 children in our party of 5 we were not even allowed to wait at a table with a drink!! What is that all about (Policy change recommend Fridays). But to top it off I booked and left a contact number and email and they did not have the courtesy to contact me before I arrived as we would have been happy to delay our arrival as we were really looking forward to our first meal out since arriving in Florida. Shame on you Fridays leaving us stranded in an area we did not know.

   Set up a reservation, arrive and they tell me there’s a 40 minute wait even with a reservation. What is the point of a reservation if it means nothing? Will never come to this location again.

    We are locals and we come in about once a week. I made a reservation on Open Table. When we got to the restaurant, we were told they don’t have a way to see Open Table reservations so we had to wait. We have seen many times, numerous parties walk out of the restaurant because no one came to seat them.
