   Got sat down right away and never got asked what to drink, sitting by the kitchen getting passed by every waitress and not a single one checked on us. When we got here maybe 10 cars in the parking lot so they wasnt very busy. After 25 minutes we got up and left to smoky bones and immediately got the service that's appropriate. Sat down and ordered immediately.

   Worst meal we've had, cold pasta, overcooked ribs, broccoli was over seasoned, honestly the only food that was good was the pretzel, mashed potatoes and the fries!! As we left the young lady was kind enough to hold the door open while she was texting her friend, never looked up never said a word. I thought that was appropriate considering how horrible our meal was!!!

   They sat us on the far side of the restaurant in the middle of a huge and loud birthday party. Server was good but overloaded and food was slow and subpar.

   They did not honor reservations and when asked why they did not give reason. Then told me it would be 1.5 hour wait. That’s why I made a reservation.....

   We booked online Christmas night to arrive at the restaurant and be told that it didn’t matter that we booked on open table . That we had to wait. We waited 45 minutes before finding seats at the bar. This would have been fine if something had been put on opentable about the fact that they weren’t doing that that night. Other than that the food was good .

    I went here for an early dinner with my boyfriend. We both ordered the “2 entrees for $14.” I got the salmon and ribs, he got the steak and ribs. his food came out cold while mine came out hot. he had to send his back. I was enjoying my food until I realized my salmon was raw. I sent it back to the kitchen because I am pregnant and cannot have raw seafood. I cannot remember his name, but our server was nice and apologetic. Also took 1 of the orders off the bill.
