   Food was mediocre and our order was incorrect. Server couldn’t handle our Friday’s reward points correctly. This particular Friday’s location has severely gone downhill in the past few years.

   The restaurant informed us upon arriving that “we don’t use that app” so our reservation was basically completely invalid. Don’t book this location open table, you’ll still wait almost an hour for a table.

   We made a reservation thinking that we would need one, but when we arrived they were neither busy nor prepared to seat our group. So much for taking the time to make a reservation! It took forever to get out drinks and food. And although the items were palatable, I would not recommend to anyone that they go here versus other restaurants in the area.

   This place has gone way down hill! We sat for 10 minutes were passed by multiple servers including the one that eventually greeted us. Service is non-existent. Please close and stop wasting precious retail space

   I will never go back. Our server took our order but we still had no drinks 20 minutes later. Initially when we ordered Oberon she had no idea what that was and never even offered to ask bartender if they had it. Approached a manager and still nothing was ever done. We informed hostess we were leaving and left

   I would absolutely recommend a different location instead of the one on 28th St in particular. The waitress was the only decent part of the entire experience. The greeter told us that our reservation was not to be upheld because they were too busy. She then proceeded to tell me that it would be a 20 minute wait, and if I could not wait 20 minutes to have a good night. She continued to seat tables behind my part of 4. Our party came back 20 minutes later, and she turned us away again. "It'll be another 20 minutes for your reservation ma'am, you can wait if you'd like, if not, have a good night." And I demanded to speak to her supervisor because she continued to seat even more tables. I spoke to the supervisor and she was able to get me to a table. The noise level was ridiculous because of one particular table that was shouting at other guests, and shouting profane things. The food was very gross and made all 4 of the party sick over the past few days. Please never visit this restaurant.

   I love TGI Friday’s but the Kentwood location is a mess. The service is slow. When I was there they had 7 people serving 5 tables and it took 25-30 min to get seated. The waiter didn’t give us silverware or water u til we asked three times. They kept forgetting stuff. They also took forever to clean tables. Tables were left dirty until they were seating someone at it. Overall I enjoy the food and the deals however the service at just this location and the lack of organization is brutal. I would recommend to people that they should not go to this one but go to the other locations. Staff is not that friendly, it’s slow, messy, and it seems like there is not good management.

    Came in ahead of rush, ordered drinks (4 drinks). 20 min later one beer served, 20 more minutes a second drink arrived, 10 min later food ( 2 soups) arrived. Another 20 min minutes food orders arrived, one item was steak salad, the steak was cold, the ribs were just warm. Remaining drinks were nevered served. Made a manager aware of drink situation after the 2nd drink arrived, nothing was done. We finally made general mgr aware, she removed the drinks from our bill and removed steak salad from bill along with excuses for poor service. We left with the feeling we had bothered the managers and one did nothing while the other three us s none to get us out and on our way. We weren’t loud about our complaints we kept it discreet but left feeling as though we had bothered the general manager. A TERRIBLE experience
