   Great drinks, great service....despite a big crowd, our Open table reservations were honored and our table ready in minutes.

   The service wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from TGIFriday’s. It wasn’t too busy, but it took a while to be checked on by our server. The food was brought out by other wait staff, which helped get the food out faster but that didn’t help those of us who ordered the endless apps. We were left waiting for our actual waitress to reorder. Needless to say the rest of our party was finished eating while we endless app eaters still had apps to enjoy. I hope our next visit will be better.

   Everything was really great. The food was cooked quick and tasted delicious. Our server was professional and paid attention to all details. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

   Just got home from a crazy 10 hour drive from SC!! Wanted good food and no wait!! Used the open table app and got a spot and had excellent service!! Food was delicious as is usually the case!! Love it at TGI Fridays!!

   They were extremely busy the night we were here. The waitress def had her hands full, but she handled it better than most. The only negative thing I would say is our meals came out and 2 of us had to wait on their mashed potatoes. One came out reasonably quick the other...he was almost done eating when they finally came out. Other than that everything else was fine.

   First:it was fantastic to have an Open Table Reservation. It was Father’s Day 6:30 and the lines were long. We were seated immediately in the area we requested. Our waiter came promptly and welcomed us. Food was very good, served hot, and as ordered. The bar drink was exceptional and as ordered as well as the wine.

   We are "club members" and ordered chips & salsa which we never recieved. My husband got his soup long after his meal was delivered. My meal was lukewarm. The butter on top of the steak never melted. Service was very slow. They were not very busy this night either.

   I love this location and have never had a bad experience until Friday when I was in. The entire visit was just awful and I will not be returning for a long while. I am a regular at this location and am first name basis with many employees. I reserved a table online and waited over an hour for my time. When I went in, I was informed their system was done and they hadn’t received my reservation. I understood it wasn’t their fault but they didn’t handle the situation appropriately... and placed me on the list to wait AGAIN. At this point I have waited an hour and a half for my table, but since it was a Friday night I didn’t want to try and go anywhere else. Finally we were seated, and the waitress doesn’t come to us for over 10 minutes. We are ready to order but she says she can only take drink orders at the moment and leaves. She returns TEN minutes later with our drinks and then leaves again without taking our orders. By the time she finally takes our order, we’ve finished our drinks and are ready for refills. She forgot them 3 times. She brings us the wrong appetizers. We waited an hour again for our food to be served food that was cold. Customers coming in after us were receiving their orders before us and left before we even got our food. I was extremely unhappy with the service I received at this location.

   After an 8 hour drive, it was the perfect spot to stop and eat delicious food and watch some football with my family. Our server was great and with 3 of us doing KETO, they were very accommodating with our meal substitutions.
