   My son’s steak was grey and smelled funny(filet mignon). My daughter had soup, I had sizzling chicken(shrimp was freezer burnt), husband had sizzling steak. Everything else was ok. Manager removed son’s food from bill. We gave it a try, we won’t be back.

   They let me resevre a table knowing they were not going to be open drove all that way for nothing

   Made reservations on Open Table. Arrived at restaurant & was told they don’t take online reservations. I showed them my Open Table confirmation and was told they don’t use Open Table?! (This is 2nd visit this has happened) They squished the 5 of us into a 4-person table. It was so tight, we didn’t have room for all the plates, so we had to balance a few plates on top of our glasses! Restrooms were out of order the whole time. The apps came out quickly, but our entrees took forever. Everything was worth the wait, except for my chicken sandwich. The chicken was hard-as-a-rock and so very dry. I think it must’ve been sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. The avocados and tomato were mush and mayo had dried out so much, all that was left of it was a weird sponge-like imprint on the chicken! Worst TGIFriday’s experience ever.

   Only 2 servers and a bartender on an average volume night. Never got half of what we asked for. Drinks took 15 minutes and food took 35 minutes. This place keeps getting worse.

   We reserved a spot for 6 people on open table. When we arrived the hostess had no idea we had a reservation so we had to wait 20 minutes. When we were seated we had to sit at 2 different tables and our party was separated. This was intended to be a Special event family dinner. The food was good but would not recommend making reservations here.

   Poor service ok food. Besides taking our order and receiving our check the waiter was MIA. We had to depend on other waitress for everything. If we could have left a tip just for Tori we would have. The order was also slightly wrong, and the fries were cold. We saw at least two other tables that after 10 minutes of waiting and not being helped just got up and left.

   We came up to TGI's for Mother's day, hosting my mom, my mother-in-law, my wife, and my daughter along with the rest of our family. Altogether we were 11 of us. When part of us arrived 20 minutes early, they let us know that the tables were set and we could sit down at any time. That was great. Our server along with the rest of the staff paid great attention to us and we left with great memories and full tummies! Thanks TGI! Never a disappointment!

   Although the building is not set up for large parties, my booking was for 10 I had 28 show up the manager gave me the area and we made it happen. Very good service and $10 apps were good.
