   They didn't honor our reserved table,,we waited over 20 minutes for a table,Did not like give us water,the service was bad!! I was very disappointed because it was my mother's BIRTHDAY and she was very disappointed

   What they show on the commercial is NOT what they have in the restaurant. The waiters brought us three different menus to try to create what was I the commercial. The waiters brought us frozen drinks but by the time the finally brought us napkins and straws all of our drinks were watered down. We asked for extra lemons (2 separate waiters; we are still unsure who our waiter was) we got the lemons as we were putting our food in to go containers. Getting assistance from anyone there was impossible. We also did a reservation online, but when we got there we were told they don't do that anymore.

   The only positive was our server. She was honest and friendly. Honest ... we ordered from the bar and she came back after at least 15 minutes that the bar was backed up. At least we knew we had not been forgotten. We ordered dinner. After waiting a very long time, our server admitted that she had forgotten to turn in our order and that they had put a rush on it. It was a very long time before dinner arrived. The Kid's Pasta was hard but we were put of energy to do anything about it. We fed the 8 year old when we got home. I wouldn't go back.

   Server was stoned. Took an hour to get chicken nuggets. Don’t go.

   I was disappointed that the appetizer came out with the meals. It appeared that the restaurant was under staffed as other tables had to wait a long time before servers arrived to get there initial orders.

    We waited one hour for food, did not get a salad before meal, asked server for a menu twice , just have been new server. Not going back for sure , food is great , will get take out before being seated again.
