   Showed up 10 minutes early on new years eve for a 530 pm reservation made and confirmed through Open Table. Was told we had no reservation because TGIF Fridays in Canton doesn't accept reservations! Manager said we were welcome to wait 45-50 minutes for a table. Only 5 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant at the time. Asked how it could be we have confirmation of our reservation by Open Table if we don't have a reservation? No response!

   The booth was dirty. There was dust on the walls next to me. The broccoli was not seasoned and looked old with black spots on it. The mashed potatoes were bland. My daughters Mac an Cheese was ok. The ribs were decent. The cold bud light was flat. My family probably won’t return.

   Used the TGIFriday app, which works through OpenDoor, to make a reservation on 12-16. Upon arrival, the hostess had no advance notice of the reservation. She did not want give us a table until the manager got involved and saw the confirmation on my phone. Clearly something doesn’t work right with the app.

   Steak wasn’t done even close to medium rare and the chicken dish wasn’t the one ordered. Had a BOGO so didn’t say anything, however, we were very disappointed to say the least. Definitely not the TGI FRIDAYS I remember.

   Very Good food, but a little pricey for the size of the servings. Service was outstanding!

   Unfortunately the hostess was rude so it started a bit rocky, BUT the manager (Vince) and our waiter (Seth) we’re both outstanding ! Their excellent customer service more than made up for the difficult beginning. I would recommend the restaurant based on those two gentlemen. Class!

   Food was good and our table was ready immediately. Only negative was that the waiter for our party of 11 also had to care for a party of 12 on the other side of the store and so wasn't available all the time.

   Waiter was overly aggressive on getting the tables order, the restaurant wasn't to capacity, so no need to rush in and out. The music volume was to high. The food was rushed and un-seasoned. I asked for buffalo wings and received bbq wings. I didnt enjoy my experience at this location.

    It took a while to get our food but the drinks were definitely on point. All in all it was a pretty good experience.
