   We were pleased with our experience at this Fridays location. As stripes members we were sat immediately and our server Bailey was fantastic! Our food was as ordered and came in a timely manner.

   I come to this restaurant all the time. It is a handy place to meet people because everyone knows where MOA is and this place is right across the street south and has its own parking lot. I love all the servers here. They remember what I like and do it before I even ask. They are cheerful and great be around. The food is good. My only complaint for a good many months has been that the front of the house person had no idea at all about Open Table. They seemed clueless about reservations. It was always a hassle. Well, now they have a great new guy who actually has his tablet, knows where to look up the reservation, and how to mark my "show up" for points. It has certainly taken away that initial frustration I always faced. I will attribute this to the manager with whom I had a personal discussion about this, and it was then fixed. Voila! Well done!

   The food was okay and a number of mistakes were made delivering our food order correctly. We usually go to the TGIF off Hwy 100 and 494. We will definitely make the extra drive to return there.

   The hostess told me that they don't take reservations...I had to talk with a manager to confirm my open table reservation and points.

    A overall ok experience. Quality of the food we ordered was good, not great but good food that was cooked well and presented well also. Our service we received started bad but ended up satisfactory. Hungry and waiting for our server is never a good combination. Overall I’m glad we went and had a good time. Best part of our experience was using a the Open Table app.
