   Slow service. Order was wrong. Had to go find my own silverware. Horrible experience.

   I went to Friday’s at Mondawmin Mall and it was so filthy I couldn’t believe my eyes. Almost every table in the restaurant was not clean, so they were looking for a place to seat us. I asked for the manager, when he came he was very sarcastic as to why mostly all the tables weren’t bussed. Needless to say we left and have no desire to return.

   Firstly, this same location ruined our anniversary dinner last May. To compensate we were sent 2 $25 gift certificates which we chose to use this past Valentine's day. Upon entering, we were greeted by a VERY attitude-y host who noticed my disposition concerning her rudeness and finally let someone else seat us. Jordyn, our server was very nice and courteous. She was so pleasant towards us. The food was horrible(I have photos). Our interaction with Jordyn was the only thing decent about the place. Will not be returning to this location.

   Terrible everything...wrong order WORKER'on the phone waitress dropped my damn Food on the table said food was to hot to carry ON VETERANS DAY....WOW!!!

   Service was VERY slow as our server had the most diners. 30 minutes after ordering our entrees and they were sitting in the window, our server finds out there is no broccoli and has to substitute. We then received portions of our meals. Waiting for Brussels and my daughter waiting for her added shrimp. Appetizers were partially cold. Brussels were burnt

   even with the reservation and a almost empty restaurant it took the host 10 minutes to notice I was standing there

   i made a reservation for my younger brother, my 2 nieces and myself for a quick dinner. we were seated in an area for 10 minutes before the hostess came back & said nobody was working that side. I asked for a booty but we were seated in the middle of the area near the bathroom so there was a lot of traffic. It took 20 more minutes before we were acknowledged. I had a kid with me & didn’t even get a child’s menue instead 3 adult menues when there was 4 of us. we FINALLY places our order & drinks it took 10minutes for our drinks to come. They didn’t have sodas which the kids wanted so they had to drink tea. They didn’t like the teas & it took forever for someone even to come back pass so that i can ask to change the drinks. My niece had to drink unsweetened tea because nobody cane to check on us.wvweybidy hated their drinks. The food came & it was good! we were seated with no utensils & had to walk & find somebody to get some. It wa a horrible experience! They had no to go things & i figured since the soda machines were “frozen” the drinks they did have would be refillable but that was a no. For it to be empty as it was we got the business of a crowded restaurants with backed up orders. would not be going back

   Me and my daughter Food was ok but my husband Food came out with the cheese not melted and our waiter was gone for so long when she finally came back we was done eating

    The service was horrible our waitress had to leave in the middle of her shift but it took about 20 mins before someone else even acknowledged our table. I received the check before all my food was even brought to the table. It's good for the music and quick food.
