   Booked a reservation 10pm,i confirmed to the staff 1 1/2 hour before my booking to check my name.then i came back 10pm sharp our tabke is not yet ready they said it’s no seats available.we ended in the waiting area for 40 minutes.my reservation being not considered by the staff.

   I reserved a table for eight people at your Okada branch last Friday at approximately 7:00 p.m. However, the front desk employee, whose name I don't know, is extremely rude and initially ignored me when I tried to speak with her about my restaurant reservation. Later, my sister-in-law went up of her the front desk employee said, "wala po kaming magagawa kung may reservation po kayo eh wala pa nga nag bibill out." It's been fifteen minutes until eight o'clock, and there are plenty of seats outside for thirteen people that are empty, and the staff is at a loss for what to do. Or give us any free seats that are available. Extremely impolite; I will never suggest Texas Okada to my relatives or friends. Super hassle for us gutom na gutom na yung mga pamangkin ko na kasama namin, pero dahil ayaw namin masira yung gabi namin lumipat kami sa branch nyo sa Ayala Malls but super haba ng pila. So we end up na lang mag Dinner sa Friday's which is mas better yung staff imagine malapit na mag close diner nila pero they entertain us pa din.

   They were true to my request that the staff sing Happy Birthday to my daughter on her 5th birthday. The complimentary birthday ice cream was in big serving and delicious. Celebration of my daughter's birthday there was memorable. Thank you. Food was good. Service was fine.

   The ribeye steak at Texas Roadhouse is an absolute delight. Perfectly cooked to my liking, it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. The side of mashed potatoes complemented the steak wonderfully, and the homemade rolls with cinnamon butter were a perfect start to the meal. Overall, a fantastic dining experience for steak lovers!
