It all began on February 17, 1993, when Kent Taylor opened the first Texas Roadhouse in Clarksville, Indiana. Kent's goal was to own not just a family restaurant and not just a steak restaurant, but a place where everyone, of all ages, could come and have a great meal and great fun for a great price.

We like to brag about our Hand-Cut Steaks, Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Made-From-Scratch Sides, and Fresh-Baked Bread. Everything we do goes into making our hearty meals stand out. We handcraft almost everything we serve. We provide larger portions so you get more food for your dollar. And if you want an Ice Cold Beer or Legendary Margarita to wash it all down — well, we have those, too.

At Texas Roadhouse our team has an incredible sense of pride in everything we do. Our passion ensures you have a Legendary Experience every time. Because of our passion for our guests and our communities, our team members are involved outside the restaurants in their local communities as a way to give back.

    Very accommodating as usual, the server and manager was able to provide what we requested even if it is not part of their usual combination of menu items

    Try to approach noisy customers, especially those who are drinking. We dined at 8:00 PM, and two tables away from us, there were drunk and very noisy customers.

    we had the shrimp hand-battered shrimp poppers, ribeye, and st. louis ribs, and chocolate ice cream for dessert. the ribeye was the stand out. overall, i would rate our experience a 9.5/10. worth a repeat visit!

    Some of our special requests were missed (plain rice instead of garlic rice, veg of the burger in the side), but our waitress was very apologetic and accommodating for the misses by the server and kitchen.

    Great ambiance to dine. Music a little bit louder so we can't converse without raising our voices. Overall the food is great! Must for celebrations

    First time to dine here with my family and it’s an awesome experience. We celebrated my brother’s birthday and he had a blast , food is delicious too. Thank you keep up the good service and God bless you all.

    The restaurant was covered up tonight, so many people. We don't think the restaurant was staffed to support a Saturday night crowd. The service wasn't good tonight but not the server's fault. They just didn't have enough servers to provide quality service to the guests. We'll never go back on a Saturday night at 7:00pm, it was crazy. But the food was delicious and was out timely.
