   The people, service and food was good. Going into the restaurant for the first time not knowing what to expect and finding out it’s more like a buffet style. Then to be charged an exorbitant amount of money for 1 person, let alone 3 people, whom by the way don’t eat very much (one slice of steak each and shared 1 chicken wing). The value is not good at all.

   Our server was great and the food delicious. It was a little slower getting the meats than previous experiences. Overall a very good visit to one of my favorite restaurants.

   Beautiful ambiance. Meat sliced at the table. Fabulous salad bar. Will be back. Wonderful experience.

   Texas de Brazil is our favorite place to dine out. We love the atmosphere, the staff and of course the food. Never had a bad experience there!

   Food and service were great, Probably should have done a bit a research before hand so i could really get the full experience. its one of those places you kind of gotta sit at for 3 hours for the full experience. price was great food was great will come back for sure

   Salad bar was very disappointing. All the meats were excellent, although VERY salty -- and I'm saying that as a salt freak. All in all, food was just "meh," and the whole experience was just "less than." I'd recommend it for a football player who can eat enough to justify the cost. Otherwise, forget about it.

   I recently tried a competitor and learned real fast that was a mistake! I took a friend today and it was confirmed for me that Texas de Brazil is the only one for a Brilian experience with amazing quality, good selection of types of meet offerings and always quality staff that are knowledgeable and give excellent customer service.

   I was told there was there was variations of 18 different meats. The group of gals I was with counted around dozens. They should be sure to provide what is advertised.

   The reservation process with OpenTable was excellent. I was easily able to change the reservation. Once we were seated, five stars across the board! Our server was amazing, as were the gauchos! The food was delicious, the salad bar clean and orderly. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars overall was the check-in process. I had what I consider a long wait before either host acknowledged my presence. One was on the phone explaining the VIP and the other came up to the check-in, then left without saying a word. When she finally returned, she apologized for the wait and checked us in, but then directed us to wait in the lobby. That wait wasn't long, but the overall check-in was disappointing, especially when we arrived promptly for our reservation time. This is not the first time this has happened with check-in.

    This was a fine dining experience. All the servers were excellent and made everything better. The food is great, especially the top sirloin and the tri-tip!
