   We had a good Easter experience. The extra brunch items were tasty but not necessary since there is so much food already. This time we got many more neat options than our first visit. All were cooked to med rate which is perfect for us. Difficult to have hot sides to eat with meat since they are delivered separately. Maybe having those in the hot bar would let you get them when ready to get warmer temp in the fries and mashed potatoes. We were too full to get dessert but really enjoyed pitcher of limeade.

   Beef contains no seed oils, which is a plus. Nice selections on the salad bar, but most contain seed oils.

   Gabriella was our server had an amazing personality.  Gabriella was very much on top of asking us what meat we wanted and how we wanted it cooked . Her suggestion for alcoholic beverage was great, strawberry coconut rum drink from Brazil . Lots of food options no matter what your pallet is this restaurant clearly has it taken care of.

   Very loud and expensive. Even with a reservation we were seated late which was frustrating. Unless you eat an extensive amount of food or are extremely wasteful it may not be the best bang for your buck… but the meats are all delicious and abundant!

   really fun experience, and LOTS of food. that was the good and bad for me....i don't eat as much as i used to......so was just too much food for me personally. and, a bit pricy for my taste (BUT, i am also super frugal)

   We love this restaurant. Great quality of food. The meats are tender, cooked perfectly. Best salad bar ever.

   The waiters are rude, arrogant, and unfriendly. When I asked for a cut, he told me that I was wrong and that that cut didn't exist, that it was stupid of me to order something like that. Then he told me that I wouldn't eat the meat he brought because it was medium-cooked, meaning he knows what I like and what I don't. This has been my favorite restaurant for over 5 years, but I'm not going to the one in Omaha, Nebraska, again. Not to mention that those at the table in front of us complained about waiting more than 20 minutes without being served meat.

   Buena comida,buena atención por parte de los camareros y los gauchos, ambiente relajado y buena vibra, lo recomiendo mucho! 👌

    Ok overall a great and interesting experience. Would definitely use the first trip to understand how it all works and limits to place on oneself. Expect my next trip to be grand.
