   Not going to lie, was pretty disappointed after being to the Schaumburg, IL, location. The meats were pretty dry except for like two. The service was really slow. Ran out of room at the table from dishes piling up. The worst part was the amount of fruit flies in salad bar and the table. Had to constantly fight off flies while trying to eat your food.

   Went for Easter dinner. The food was just average. Steaks were actually pretty tough. I couldn't eat most of them. Had to ask for the chicken to be brought to our table. Waited with empty plates for a while. Waitress wasn't very available to us. Had to ask for plates to be removed. Not like it used to be.

   We had an 8pm reservation, the food on the buffet was very fresh but most of the meat seemed dry like it was under heat lamps way too long. Service was very attentive.

   I’ve eaten at TDB’s for over 20 years ands love them. I don’t know if it’s the one store or now company policy but we felt rushed from the second we walked in. We wanted to relax and have cocktails before plunging in the waiter showed up with potatoes and bananas. We told him we wren’t ready but he insisted on leaving them. The gauchos also started showing up right away despite the red signs and we had to chase them away. After we enjoyed cocktails and the salad bar and were ready to start the main course the potatoes were cold and we had to reorder. I finally had to speak to a manager in an effort to slow things down. Although the place was far from full, we felt is all they were interested in was getting us finished and out. I will never eat at this location again.

   Great service. Meat servers were constantly stopping at the table with different options. Salad bar was great as usual! Salmon was a table favorite.

   The food was delicious. Our server was just ok. No recognition of the 60th birthday we were celebrating- not even a comment- even though I noted that in the booking reservation and told the server. It was supposed to be a special night but just felt like an average dinner.

   The service and salad bar were great. They started us by serving mashed potatoes and fried bananas which were also very good. I ordered lemonade that looked really good but was so sweet I needed to water it down to even attempt to drink it. I ended up leaving most of it in the glass. The big disappointment was the meats. If you enjoy your cut of meat with a crust and well done this is the place for you. We tried most everything that came around and there wasn’t ever a speck of pink on any of them. We enjoy our meats medium at minimum. Though it was nice to try a different restaurant if you’re looking for a nice steak cooked the way you enjoy eating it you’re much better off going to a steakhouse.

   Good place, nice salad and appetizers bar buffet style. Good meat options and drinks.

    A lot of food items, not just the meats, are excessively seasoned with pepper/spicy - when you think how a Brazilian (like me) eats or prepares a barbecue. Maybe an adaptation of the American taste buds and preference, but that's not what is done in Brazil. Noise level was high, with a large birthday party near my table, but that wasn't a huge deal; just loud and a little disrupting. Now they are not accepting gift cards as a payment if you are a VIP member. It was fine in 2023 and 2024, but not now, and that is written (or sneaked) in the very fine print. Is double-dipping in savings not fair for the restaurant? It is not fair and buying gift cards and not being able to use them either - meanwhile, Texas de Brazil utilizes/earns interests on the money paid for the cards.
