   While the food tasted good, there was parchment paper found under my food I assume from the portions size and the manager was kind enough to fire a new item and offer me a free drink. Then my waiter had to be called every time I needed something and did not do any regular checks. When it was time for dessert, my waiter did not inform us of any items that were out so when My Wife picked option after option that we’re no longer available it was getting to be a bit frustrating. Then my dessert wasn’t even rung in, so My Wife waited around slightly picking at the food so we could eat together. I was not pleased with Alex’s service and definitely would ask for a different waiter when I return. Then when I wanted to pay, I had tried to use a gift card however they said they will not accept the gift card due to the fact that it is for the retail side and is currently closed which in the past, they have been able to do this in past with no problems.

   Loved everything about Terrain Cafe. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable and the restaurant itself is just so beautiful. Can’t wait to go back.

   What a lovely mini vacation looking out over the nursery, enjoying perfect Bloody Mary's, and perusing the finely curated gift shop after. A true oasis!

   By far THE BEST food experience I have ever had!!!! The food was amazing and the ambiance was refreshing/relaxing. Also left with a new little plant friend 💚

   Terrain has previously had inventive food in a unique setting. Today was not remotely up to their standards. The noise was deafening, the nice service person was totally undersupported , the ordinary entrees were overcooked, and the overall price not remotely a value.

   Just the best place for an innovative and delicious lunch. I travel from the Mystic area…making the trip to enjoy the fabulous seasonal items featured on the menu…and am never disappointed. The atmosphere is charming and the staff always pleasant and accommodating…and the gift and garden shop is awesome! Love love love Terrain!

    A pretty great lobster roll for $22, and the best Bloody Mary we’ve ever had. Lovely lunch spot!
