Drove from Oro Valley and found the entire restaurant boarded up. It would be helpful if Open Table didn’t take reservations for closed restaurants.

The service was exc3llent. Friendly attentive staff. The food however was just average. I had the fajitas which had a sour taste, almost like lime in the onions and peppers and the tortillas tasted old.

The food was absolutely delicious (shrimp fajitas), and the service was excellent. My server was very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I think the chairs could be a bit more comfortable, and the tables a bit roomier. However, the food and service were superb!

This is a casual dining restaurant, with moderate pricing. The menu was fairly standard for a Mexican restaurant, but I have to say that my food was above average in quality and taste. We ordered the Queso Fundido to share, and it was wonderful. It had chorizo, charred jalapeños, onion, some pico de Gallo, and an accompanying tray of goodies to add. Muy Bueno! And the chips that came with it were extra thin, and very tasty. I also had the combo fajitas, which were well-seasoned, although the chicken and the beef were somewhat overcooked. Nevertheless, a delicious dish. I would return.

The servers were very good ... They were quick with our drinks.. the menu it's self looks good ... Now to the food ... The salsa was so so .. we ordered the ceichve as an appetizer it had no flavor what so ever ... There was small chunks of shrimp and no citrus what so ever .... Both of our main dishes were over cooked .... 1 chicken 1 shrimp.... There was definitely not enough seasoning food was very bland to say the least.... Don't waste your time!!!

Went to the Tequila Factory for dinner before the Lance Burton show at Casino Del Sol. Salsa and chips were very good. I had the Chili Relleno plate. Two rellenos came with the order. The batter was not very soft, seemed pre-made.

This was our first time at Tequila Factory and will likely be our last. The restaurant was horribly slow and we nearly missed our show that evening. We had reservations at 6:30 and were seated promptly, however, it took nearly 45 minutes for our drinks to be delivered because the bar was, "so backed up". We finally got our drinks at 7:30 and food at 7:45. We had an 8:00 show. We were afraid we weren't going to get to eat at all, the food took so long to arrive. We weren't sure why it was so slow given that the show was on site and they should have been able to anticipate a busy evening. We saw very few tables receiving food or drinks. There were many open tables in the restaurant. Something wasn't right.

Lousy, tasteless, cheap food. Meal thrown together largely from ingredients a steam tray. Tortilla chips worthy of Wallmart with watery, weak salsa. All the charm of a subway station.
