Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse und alles was das Feinschmeckerherz sonst noch begehrt wird auf einem Grill in der Form eines traditionellen Hutes, des asiatischen Reitervolkes der Tataren von Ihnen selbst am Tisch zubereitet und mit einer kräftigen asiatischen Brühe gewürzt. Jeder sucht sich die Stückchen seiner Wahl aus und legt sie an die Stahlspitzen des heißen Hutes. Dort grillt das Gargut bei konstanter Temperatur vor sich hin. Parallel köchelt in der Hutkrempe eine feine Brühe, in der Beilagen geköchelt werden können. Die Brühe kann auch als zusätzliche Würze über das Grillgut geträufelt werden.
